I know what it’s like to live in a body that won’t cooperate.

I’ve lived with chronic pain for years. It’s relentless. Exhausting. And for a long time, I thought I had two choices: fight my body or give up on life.

But I found a third way.

Through coaching and thought work, I discovered how to build mental strength even when my physical pain didn’t change. I stopped waiting for healing to begin living. And now—I help others do the same.
